You are free to use and reference my photos for personal or noncommercial use, both inside and outside deviantART.

You are free to use and reference my photos for limited commercial use, both inside and outside deviantART, as long as photos are significantly altered or used with other photos and elements (see restrictions).

Examples: Websites, web banners, business cards, book covers, t-shirts, templates, cards, brochures, slideshows, SIM game images/layouts, original canvases and artwork images

RESTRICTIONS

i.     At no time, under any license, are you allowed to claim the photos as your own.

ii.     My stock may not be redistributed without my permission, whether unaltered or lightly altered (includes change of a photo's colors, use of a filter over the photo, or the addition of text).

iii.     Display of unaltered photos in personal or noncommercial projects is acceptable if you are not claiming the photos as your own and are providing credit to the photographer (which should be the URL of this account or my main account: roontoo.deviantart.com or roonwit.deviantart.com). Examples of such use include stock photo/artist features, displaying the result of a PS action or tutorial, or the illustration of written content such as a blog or RPG.

iiii.     Photos must be significantly altered or used in tandem with other pictures and/or elements in order to qualify for free commercial use. Even with a change of colors, use of a filter, or addition of text, the photo is still the main focus of the artwork and therefore does not qualify as a unique and separate piece of artwork under my terms.

Please credit where applicable; if there is space, leave a note or link back. Credit is not absolutely required for altered use (though it is required when posting a photo in its original state). Notification of use is also not a requirement (though very much appreciated).

Any line art, vectors, brushes, or premade backgrounds and elements made from my stock are free to be distributed on deviantART. Offsite distribution is also allowed, given that credit is provided.
